Travel Physical Therapist - Weekly Pay

Role: Travel Physical Therapist (PT) responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing plans of care for diverse patient populations in an acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision of PTAs and support staff
• Perform billing and ensure compliance with facility and state regulations
• Collaborate with medical personnel to develop team-based care plans
• Assess patient needs, modify plans accordingly, and evaluate progress
• Utilize medical computer systems for documentation
• Document accurately following guidelines
• Understand and apply knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 6 months of experience; new graduates encouraged to apply
• Current BLS certification and state-specific license
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lean for extended periods
• Knowledge of adaptive equipment and medical regulations
  
  

Additional Information: Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be prepared to meet any additional certification requirements prior to assignment. The role involves working 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week, with pay packages including a tax-free stipend, weekly pay, and benefits such as health insurance, continuing education, 401k, and wellness programs.
