Role: The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, developing personalized treatment plans, providing skilled therapy interventions, and documenting patient progress.
Key Duties: Assess patient needs, establish and modify treatment goals, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and educate patients and families on therapy methods.
Qualifications & Skills: Must hold a Doctorate or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, pass the NPTE, have at least one year of experience, hold or be in the process of obtaining state licensure, and possess current CPR certification.
Key Skills: Patient assessment, treatment planning, documentation, teamwork, and patient education.
Additional Requirements: Graduation from an accredited school; other requirements may be determined by the client facility.
