We are seeking a skilled Stepdown RN to provide specialized care to patients transitioning from intensive care to medical-surgical units.

- Monitoring cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data
- Administering medications and treatments, assisting with cardiac procedures
- Assessing patient conditions, recording observations, and notifying medical staff
- Responding to emergency situations and documenting care
- Providing patient education on cardiac health and lifestyle modifications
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care
- Following safety, infection control, and regulatory protocols
- One year of recent Stepdown RN experience
- Valid RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications
- Preferred: PCCN and NIHSS certifications
- Critical thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in reading and writing in English, PC skills
- Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients
- Strong motor, sensory, and mental skills to handle high-pressure situations
