Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care tailored to individual needs
- Coordinate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
- Assist in maintaining patient safety and well-being
- Support geriatrics-focused services and interventions
- BSN degree and RN license
- Current BLS and First Aid certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience with elderly or frail populations
- Preferred 3 years in nursing management in community or home-based settings
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment
