Responsibilities: Deliver professional nursing care, perform head-to-toe assessments across all age groups, prioritize patient needs, monitor hemodynamic status, manage pain, and collaborate with physicians. Use triage to ensure timely care, respond swiftly to changes, and communicate effectively with medical staff.
Qualifications & Skills: Current NV RN license, 2-3 years in emergency or critical care, extensive EMS experience, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Ability to evaluate patient outcomes, interpret diagnostic results, and reassess pain and condition.
Key Duties: Provide direct patient care, evaluate outcomes, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure optimal patient flow and safety.
