Role: 3rd Year Pharmacy Intern
Responsibilities: Support pharmacy operations by ensuring safe, accurate prescription filling, assisting with patient counseling, offering immunizations and health services, managing inventory, and providing compassionate customer care. Under supervision, follow SOPs, contribute to a positive team environment, and support pharmacy and health initiatives. May support immunizations after obtaining required licensure and participate in offsite clinics.
Qualifications: Enrollment in an ACPE-accredited pharmacy program, valid intern/technician license in process or possession. Must demonstrate strong attention, communication, and problem-solving skills. Physical ability to perform duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
Skills: Customer service orientation, active listening, mathematical reasoning, adaptability, teamwork, and compliance with laws/regulations. Proficiency in communication and basic math required. Preferred: 1 year related experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
