Role: Nurse Educator, a clinical practitioner with advanced nursing skills focused on education and training.
Responsibilities: Assess training needs, design and facilitate educational programs for nurses, and support onboarding of Patient Care Services employees. Collaborate with departments to identify competency requirements, conduct needs assessments, and develop curricula. Facilitate training sessions, provide feedback, and enhance delivery quality. Promote a collaborative, high-quality care environment and foster a culture of inquiry and excellence in clinical nursing. Participate in Shared Governance and support a healthy work environment.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing (preferred). RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification are required. Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience. Additional certifications may be required upon hire.
