- Facilitate training sessions for nurses, providing constructive feedback.
- Support onboarding of new Patient Care Services employees.
- Promote a collaborative, high-quality care environment supporting clinical excellence.
- Participate in Shared Governance activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
- RN license (single state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.
- Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience.
- Strong skills in curriculum development, training delivery, and collaborative teamwork.
