- Partners with surgeons, anesthesia, and nursing leadership to identify learning needs and enhance clinical practice.
- Supports safe pre- and post-anesthesia care through staff education and standardization of best practices.
- Promotes patient-centered care, staff development, and continuous quality improvement.
- Expertise in perioperative nursing, with strong clinical knowledge of preoperative and PACU care.
- Experience in designing and implementing educational programs and competency assessments.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with advanced technology and multidisciplinary teams in a clinical setting.
