Role: Care Management Assistant
Responsibilities: Provide clerical, secretarial, and administrative support to the Care Management Team, including scheduling, faxing, auditing, filing, and managing departmental records. Maintain confidentiality in handling patient information, support licensed staff with documentation, and monitor office supplies and equipment. Facilitate communication with care providers and manage insurance requests, denials, and authorizations. Assist with obtaining patient signatures and maintaining accurate records. Adapt to departmental needs by supporting multiple tasks and working flexibly across departments.
Qualifications & Skills: High School diploma or GED, 1 years in healthcare or medical insurance, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work onsite in Boulder, CO, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
