- Support revenue activities such as authorizations, certifications, and payer communications.
- Respond professionally to calls and messages, forwarding information to the appropriate team members.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies, handling protected patient information appropriately.
- Perform tasks like faxing, auditing, transcribing, and tracking documentation as needed.
