What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Mowing Crew Lead position at Mason's Lawn Care?

Responsibilities:

  • Operate stand-on mowers and produce clean, professional stripes
  • Use handheld equipment (trimmers, edgers, blowers)
  • Assist with mulch installation and bed maintenance
  • Perform seasonal cleanups (spring & fall)
  • Help with snow removal in winter

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Social Security number (for employment)
  • Prior lawn care / landscaping experience
  • Attention to detail and quality work
  • Reliable and able to work outdoors

Pay based on experience.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
