Mowing Crew Leader – Join a Growing Team
Beeker’s Lawn & Landscape is looking for an experienced and motivated Mowing Crew Leader to take charge of a small crew and help us continue growing in the Greater Cincinnati area.
This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys leading a team, and is looking to build a long-term career—not just punch a clock.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a 2–3 person mowing crew
- Operate stand-on (zero-turn) mowers and other equipment
- Perform trimming, edging, and detailed property maintenance
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Keep crew members productive, on task, and accountable
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in commercial/residential lawn maintenance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to operate zero-turn (stand-on) mowers safely and efficiently
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a truck & trailer
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
