Duties
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment including trimmers, blowers, excavators, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently
- Perform tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and removal while adhering to safety standards
- Conduct lawn care routines including, fertilization, and seasonal snow plowing to maintain year-round appeal
- Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols during all landscaping activities to prevent accidents and promote a secure work environment
- MUST HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE

Requirements:
- Must be reliable and show up on time
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Transportation to job sites is a plus
- Experience is helpful but not required (we will train)
Experience
- Prior experience with landscaping or gardening is preferred on-the-job training will be provided for motivated learners
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools are advantageous
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including lawn care, irrigation systems, tree trimming
- Experience with construction or hardscape installation will be beneficial for supporting project work
- Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or snow plows is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions are essential for success in this role
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
