What You Bring
- 4 years HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
- NATE Certification
- Strong diagnostic ability
- Valid driver's license
- VRF, hydronics, or controls experience
- OSHA 10/30
- Trade school background
- Tight-knit team - no corporate layers
