HVAC Service Commercial Technician

Pay: $30-$40/hour Monthly Performance Bonuses

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (On-call & occasional weekends required)

We're hiring a Journeyman Commercial HVAC Technician who can take full ownership of diagnostics, repairs, and customer communication in commercial environments.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Clearly explain findings and solutions to customers
• Complete accurate job documentation before leaving site
• Reduce callbacks through strong first-time fixes
• Identify repair vs. replacement opportunities
• Maintain truck inventory and job readiness
• Mentor apprentices and support team development
  
  

Required

What You Bring

• 4 years HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• NATE Certification
• Strong diagnostic ability
• Valid driver's license
  
  

Preferred

• VRF, hydronics, or controls experience
• OSHA 10/30
• Trade school background
