HVAC Service Technician: Multi-Family & Commercial

We are seeking a high-level HVAC Technician for a hybrid role covering both multi-family housing and commercial properties. This position requires a professional who understands the unique demands of high-density residential systems as well as commercial service and installs.

• The Role: A mix of service diagnostics and full installations.
• The Pay: Competitive commission and piece-rate structure—your efficiency and sales acumen directly dictates your paycheck.
• The Requirement: Prior experience in both multi-family and commercial sectors is mandatory. No entry-level applicants, please.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform all work in a safe manner.
• Be responsible for overall customer satisfaction with regards to communication, workmanship, and quality.
• Ensures required paperwork is completed and turned in to the appropriate person or location.
• Utilizes the proper tools and techniques to ensure efficient, timely, and quality installation of all product.
• On-Call Availability

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Valid Driver's license and the ability to adhere to safe driving practices
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Ability to lift heavy objects (with appropriate lifting tools) up to 150 pounds
• Possesses mechanical aptitude and the skill to operate hand power tools and equipment
• Ability to operate a mobile device / tablet
• Available to work M-F full time
• At least 2 years of commercial HVAC experience
• EPA Certified

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
