Our client is seeking a dedicated Molding Process Packer/Operator for the b Shift to ensure optimal efficiency and minimal downtime in their injection molding processes. Join our client's team and contribute to achieving the highest levels of quality and productivity.

Responsibilities of the General Warehouse

• Ensure injection molding processes operate at peak efficiency with minimal downtime.

• Implement and maintain process improvements to enhance quality and productivity.

• Independently start up and troubleshoot machines, implementing process controls and identifying mold issues.

• Collaborate with the Maintenance Team to address machine repairs, including electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems.

• Develop and document process sheets for all jobs.

• Maintain the production schedule to meet customer requirements promptly.

• Work with relevant personnel to manage technical processes and color changes.

• Provide training for other technical staff as needed.

• Maintain accurate inventory controls and review raw material needs daily to ensure the production schedule is met.
  

Requirements of the General Warehouse

• Experience in injection molding processes and machine operation.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to implement process controls.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

• Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

• Excellent organizational skills to maintain production schedules and inventory controls.

• Strong communication skills for training and collaboration.

• Flexibility to work the specified shift hours: 7a-7p Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday & Thursday 7am-1pm.
  

Compensation/Benefits for the General Warehouse

• Pay rate $16.50 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
