This role is crucial in ensuring that metal components and subassemblies are assembled accurately and efficiently, supporting the overall production operations.

Responsibilities of the Assemblers

• Assemble metal parts and components using hand tools and fixtures

• Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and assembly diagrams

• Perform basic mechanical assembly, fastening, riveting, and fitting

• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Meet production standards and daily output goals

• Report defects, equipment issues, or material shortages to supervisors

• Work collaboratively with team members and production staff
  

Requirements of the Assemblers

• Previous experience in metal assembly or manufacturing preferred

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Basic ability to read measurements and follow instructions

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
