Forklift Operator (Crown - Stand Up Counterbalance)

Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM with overtime required throughout the week and occasionally on Saturday's based on business needs.

Responsibilities of the Forklift Operator:

• Operate a crown stand-up counterbalance forklift
• Handle incoming and outgoing materials
• Palletize products and prepare shipments
• Support inventory control and warehouse organization
• Assist in loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements of the Forklift Operator:

• High School Diploma or GED (must be provided prior to start)
• Minimum 2 years of recent forklift experience on stand-up counterbalance equipment
• Experience with Crown forklifts highly preferred
• Good overall job stability and history of safe operating
• Strong attention to safety and accuracy in a warehouse setting
• Must pass a drug screen and background check

Compensation for the Forklift Operator:

• Temp: $18.00/hr
• Upon Hire: Increases to $23.85/hr
• Pay increases again to $24.35/hr after 30 working days as a full-time employee
