Forklift Operator (Crown - Stand Up Counterbalance)

Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM with overtime required throughout the week and occasionally on Saturday's based on business needs.

Responsibilities of the Forklift Operator:
- Operate a crown stand-up counterbalance forklift
- Handle incoming and outgoing materials
- Palletize products and prepare shipments
- Support inventory control and warehouse organization
- Assist in loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements of the Forklift Operator:
- High School Diploma or GED (must be provided prior to start)
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift experience on stand-up counterbalance equipment
- Experience with Crown forklifts highly preferred
- Good overall job stability and history of safe operating
- Strong attention to safety and accuracy in a warehouse setting
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
Compensation for the Forklift Operator:
- Temp: $18.00/hr
- Upon Hire: Increases to $23.85/hr
- Pay increases again to $24.35/hr after 30 working days as a full-time employee
