Our client is seeking a Parts & Inventory Specialist to join their dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is crucial in ensuring that critical maintenance parts are readily available, helping to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities of the Parts & Inventory Specialist

• Maintain accurate inventory of maintenance parts, equipment components, and supplies.

• Organize and maintain a clean and efficient parts/storage area.

• Perform inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.

• Order parts, materials, and supplies based on operational needs.

• Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and delivery.

• Track purchase orders and follow up on outstanding deliveries.

• Assist with identifying alternative parts or vendors when necessary.
  

Requirements of the Parts & Inventory Specialist

• 2-5 years of experience in inventory, parts coordination, purchasing, procurement, or a related position.

• Manufacturing, food production, or industrial experience strongly preferred.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience using inventory systems, ERP software, and/or Microsoft Excel.

• Strong communication and vendor coordination skills.
  

Compensation/Benefits for the Parts & Inventory Specialist
