Our client is seeking dedicated Guidewire Operators to join their team, where you'll play a crucial role in the production of high-quality guidewire components. Responsibilities of the Utility – Clean Room

• Operate and monitor guidewire manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.

• Set up machinery and production materials as required.

• Follow detailed work instructions and production specifications.

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Perform visual inspections and identify defects or inconsistencies.

• Maintain accurate production and quality records.

• Work carefully with small components and materials requiring strong attention to detail.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and controlled work environment.

• Follow all clean room procedures, including proper gowning and hygiene requirements.

• Adhere to company safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality.

• Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or production problems to the appropriate supervisor.

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to maintain efficient production.
  

Requirements of the Utility – Clean Room

• Previous manufacturing, machine operating, medical device, or clean room experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Comfortable working in a highly controlled, quality-focused environment.

• Basic computer skills preferred.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Pay Rate $20.00 DOE
