Key Responsibilities
- Engage clients through consultations to assess needs, style preferences, and project goals.
- Present design options, materials, and solutions with a clear, consultative approach.
- Develop proposals, quotes, and preliminary design concepts to support client decision-making.
- Coordinate with designers, installers, and project partners to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through contract signing and client follow-up.
- Maintain showroom organization, product knowledge, and accurate project documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, interior/exterior design, kitchen/bath design, or a related customer-facing field.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand or interpret floorplans, measurements, and design details (preferred).
- Comfortable using design tools, quoting software, and CRM systems (training available).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
