Masis Professional Group has partnered with a Local Law Firm in Fort Wayne, IN and is seeking a Banking and Finance Attorney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and representation to financial institutions, creditors, and other clients in matters related to banking, finance, and bankruptcy.
- Draft and review loan agreements, security agreements, and other financial documents.
- Represent clients in bankruptcy court and other legal proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in banking, finance, and bankruptcy laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the state of Indiana.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in banking, finance, and bankruptcy law.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. banking, finance, and bankruptcy laws and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
