We are
seeking a Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to become a part
of our team in MetroWest Orlando, FL! You will focus on providing high quality
patient care as part of a healthcare team. Our ideal candidate will have at
least 1 year of Rheumatology experience.
*Must have at least 1 year Rheumatology experience. New grads please do not apply*
Nurse
Practitioner / Physician Assistant- Compensation & Structure:
- Salary
- $95K - 100K (Based on experience)
- Full
Benefits package w/ malpractice coverage
- Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm
Nurse
Practitioner / Physician Assistant- Responsibilities:
- Diagnose
and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
- Prescribe
all necessary medications and treatments
- Joint
injections if experienced
- Perform
comprehensive physical examinations of patients
- Develop
and implement patient management policies and procedures
- Facilitate
referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Communicate
with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
Nurse
Practitioner / Physician Assistant- Qualifications:
- Previous
experience in Rheumatology required
- Ability
to build rapport with patients
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
- Strong
leadership qualities
- Joint
inject experience preferred but not required
Nurse
Practitioner / Physician Assistant- Requirements:
- Florida
Medical License
- Proper
certification from a nurse school for a nurse practitioner
- At
least 1 year of Rheumatologist experience required
- Ideal
start date: ASAP
Salary : $95 - $100
