Applicant Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required; Master’s degree preferred, with 3–5 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- Demonstrated experience teaching high school science courses such as Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics.
- Strong content knowledge in science and the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible, engaging instruction.
- Familiarity with effective instructional methodologies for high school science learners, including inquiry-based and project-based learning.
- Knowledge of differentiation strategies to support diverse learners and promote equitable access to rigorous science instruction.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and contribution to the broader school community.
