RN Night Supervisor – Skilled Nursing
Monday–Friday | Full-Time | Natick, MA
Hours: 11pm – 7:30am, rotating weekend on-call
Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced RN Night Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support to our overnight nursing team.

What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support nurses and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) during the night shift
- Monitor resident care and respond to changes in condition
- Provide direct nursing care as needed
- Ensure treatments, medications, documentation, and care plans are completed accurately
- Communicate important updates to physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Help maintain a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment
What You’ll Need
- Current, unencumbered Massachusetts RN license
- Graduate of an accredited or approved RN program
- At least two years of RN experience
- Previous supervisory or skilled nursing experience preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
