Resident Care Aide (RCA or CNA) - Senior Living Community
Per Diem hours available
We are currently seeking Resident Care Aides to assist our residents with activities of daily living. Responsibilities can include:
- Maintaining each resident’s personal safety, independence, and dignity
- Displaying kindness and hospitality to residents, families, and guests
- Personal care assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting
- Regularly checking resident’s safety and wellbeing, reporting changes in condition to nurse
- Escorting residents to meals and activities
- Assisting with activities as required
- Responding to resident’s LifeLine or utilizing back-up system
- Light housekeeping such as bed-making or assistance with resident’s personal laundry

Qualifications:Must have active Massachusetts CNA certification or Home Health Aide certification.
Salary : $17 - $23
