What You'll Own
- Autonomous leadership of multiple high-end restaurant and commercial interior projects simultaneously — design through CA
- Primary client relationship ownership: building the long-term trust that turns one project into a decade of work
- Mentoring 2-3 junior staff members; meeting regularly, setting goals, and actively investing in their growth
- Quality control across design and production documents — holding the bar for the entire project team
- Advancing MMA's already-strong firm standards: contributing your experience to how the firm operates, not just what it produces
What You Bring
- 15 years of architectural experience, including 10 years in restaurant and commercial interiors — you know this sector deeply
- B.Arch or M.Arch from an NAAB-accredited school; licensed architect
- Strong Revit proficiency
- A natural leadership style: clear communicator, proactive manager, someone who keeps things moving when the project gets complicated
- The kind of quiet confidence that earns respect without demanding it
What MMA Offers
- Competitive compensation commensurate with your experience and the San Francisco market
- 401(k) with company contribution comprehensive health benefits
- Professional training stipend, technology stipend, and ARE test reimbursement
- A culture built around investing in people — private coaching, small group training, mentorship programs
- Meaningful work on projects that challenge you, clients who appreciate it, and a team that has your back
