Construction Laborer – Site Preparation & General Labor
Martines Underground is looking for hardworking, reliable construction laborers to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Digging by hand and assisting with excavation work
- Preparing job sites before construction begins
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Assisting with water, sewer, utility, and directional drilling projects
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Following directions from crew leaders and foremen
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard
- Ability to perform physically demanding labor, including digging and lifting 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Construction experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well with a team and maintain a positive attitude
