Porter/Dishwasher Responsibilities:
- Operate an industrial dishwasher
- Wash dishes and glassware by hand when necessary
- Unload and store dishes, silverware, and glassware
- Basic cleaning tasks including clearing tables, emptying trash cans, cleaning drink machines, and cleaning spills and broken glass immediately
- Assist cooks and servers as needed, especially during peak hours
- Ensure safety regulations are met
Porter/Dishwasher Qualifications:
- Experience as a janitor, housekeeper, or with maintenance preferred
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Able to work unsupervised
