We are interviewing District Managers with Fast Casual or upscale Quick Service Restaurant background to oversee our Bellevue, and Covington Washington stores with new locations coming to Bonnie Lake and Federal Way.

· Must be tenured ...3 years minimum experience as Restaurant Area Manager or District Manager
· Must have experience overseeing a market of 5 or more units
· Must have a track record of people development
· Must have a track record of controlling profitable P&L’s
· Must be fluent in driving sales...
· Must be a strong organizer and executer...
· Must have strong training skills in all areas of operations
· Must have a “lightening-rod” personality
· Must be willing to throw away the clipboard...and get involved in the game!
