District Manager

An expanding, nationally recognized foodservice brand is seeking a District Manager to help lead an exciting period of growth in the greater Bellevue/Covington market.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a leader who enjoys developing people, driving operational excellence, and playing an integral role in opening new locations.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop multiple bakery/restaurant locations while inspiring a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Recruit, coach, and mentor General Managers and their leadership teams.
- Drive sales growth through outstanding guest service and strong local store marketing initiatives.
- Analyze financial performance, manage P&L results, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Ensure consistent execution of company standards, food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
- Build high-performing teams through training, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Support new store openings and help establish successful operations as the company continues to grow.
- Foster a positive, energetic culture focused on people, performance, and community involvement.
What We're Looking For
- Multi-unit District Manager, Area Manager, with Experience in Fast Casual or QSR restaurant brands (must have)
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate high-performing teams.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L performance.
- Passion for developing people and creating a positive team culture.
- New Restaurant opening experience.
- Experience driving sales through community engagement and local store marketing.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Comfortable traveling between locations throughout the market.
- High-energy leader who enjoys helping an emerging organization grow.
