We're Looking for Someone Who...

• Has experience as a Case Manager and knows how to build value in PI cases by ensuring treatment compliance and coordinating comprehensive care
• Knows how to work with medical providers to advocate for client issues that need to be addressed, and how to keep information flowing between providers and clients
• Understands that aligning clients' symptoms with the proper medical providers adds value to the client, the firm, and the treating providers
• Appreciates the importance of educating clients on processes/expectations, and prioritizes bi-weekly communication with clients to update them and assure them we are in their corner
• Recognizes that most of your day will be spent coordinating care—helping clients navigate their recovery journey

The Ideal Candidate Has...

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Case Manager for a PI firm
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Filevine experience a heavy plus, but not required
• Excellent Time Management Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• History of maintaining a high-volume caseload
• Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and medical providers
