Job Description
We are seeking a Job Accountant to join our Accounting team. This role works closely with the Accounts Payable Manager and project teams to support the accurate and timely processing of job-related financial information.
The ideal candidate brings construction accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Job Description
We are seeking a Job Accountant to join our Accounting team. This role works closely with the Accounts Payable Manager and project teams to support the accurate and timely processing of job-related financial information.
The ideal candidate brings construction accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and input invoices into Accounts Payable using Sage Intacct, applying job cost and commitment knowledge
- Scan and index invoices using construction imaging software
- Assist with invoice selection and payment processing
- Collect and issue conditional and unconditional lien releases for general contractors
- Support subcontractor compliance, including insurance certificates, lien releases, union documentation, and unemployment verification
- Work with project teams using Procore to support documentation and financial alignment
- Process check requests and maintain accurate records
- Assist with year-end audit activities
- Provide general support to the Accounting team as needed
- 3 years of experience in construction accounting
- Experience working with accounting systems such as Sage Intacct or similar ERP platforms
- Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a reliable and team-oriented approach
- Willingness to learn internal processes and contribute to team success
- Occasional visits to construction job sites may be required
- This role includes standard physical requirements such as light lifting (10–15 lbs.) and repetitive hand movements
