You will be instrumental in maintaining inventory accuracy, overseeing shipping and receiving, and implementing process improvements that drive operational success.

THE SEAT.. Every project has a lot happening at once—field crews, changing plans, material deliveries, delays, and constant decisions. As the gatekeeper of the warehouse, you will ensure our field teams receive the right materials when they need them, keeping projects moving efficiently and helping our teams meet deadlines and cross the finish line successfully.

Responsibilities

• Shipping & Receiving Materials
• Material Handling up to 75 lbs.
• Tool Inventory
• Jobsite Deliveries & Pickups
• Routes are within 15 minutes up to 4 hours from shop
• Frequent employee communication in and out of the field
• Technology Savy answering phones and emails
• Warehouse Maintenance/Housekeeping
• Equipment Trailering/Towing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Associates
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical
• 21 years of age Can lift up to 75 lbs
• 5 years of holding a good standing on your Drivers License
• Good Communication Skills
• Must pass a MVR
• NOT looking to be a field electrician
• Electrical Knowledge is highly preferred
• Trailer and Towing knowledge preferred
• Technology Savy (Phone, Computer, Microsoft Suites)
• CDL preferred but not required

THIS SEAT IS NOT A RIGHT FIT IF… You prefer to roll out of bed at 8:00am and see what the day brings. Your organizational system is best described as “I know it’s here somewhere” or you’re hoping a problem magically resolves itself. You’d rather be in the field building than in the warehouse executing deliveries; working from home is your ideal set up; speaking up makes you uncomfortable, or you’d rather work solo than part of a team. If you need someone to tell you about your every move, then this isn’t your seat.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
