Description Welcome to Martignetti Companies, the leading distributor of
wine and spirits in New England. Our payroll team supports approximately
2,000 employees across multiple states during peak periods. We process
both weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for a diverse workforce that includes
exempt and nonexempt employees, union and non-union employees, seasonal
and temporary staff, and commission and incentive-based compensation
plans. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll
Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day payroll operations for the
organization while leading and supporting the payroll team. This role
will serve as a working supervisor - balancing hands-on payroll
processing responsibilities with team leadership, process oversight,
compliance, reporting, and problem-solving. The Payroll Supervisor will
play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing,
maintaining compliance with payroll laws and company policies,
supporting payroll system administration, and helping drive continuous
improvement within payroll operations. This position follows a hybrid
work schedule, with three days per week in our Taunton office and two
remote workdays. The salary range for this role is \$85,000-\$95,000.
