Marshfield Chevrolet is looking for an experienced, motivated, and knowledgeable Master Automotive Technician / Shop Foreman to help lead our service department!
We're searching for someone who doesn't just know how to fix vehicles but also knows how to lead a team, solve challenging problems, and help other technicians succeed.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues
- Assist technicians with difficult diagnostics and repairs
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the shop
- Help improve technician productivity and efficiency
- Work closely with service advisors and management to keep repairs moving
- Maintain high standards for repair quality and customer satisfaction
- Help create a positive, productive, and accountable shop environment
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Extensive automotive repair and diagnostic experience
- GM Master Technician certification preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to diagnose complex electrical and mechanical problems
- A commitment to quality, efficiency, and teamwork
- Someone who leads by example and takes pride in their work
