Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach, to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
• Conduct high-end sales consultations, presenting vehicle features and benefits tailored to customer needs, while employing effective negotiation techniques to close deals.
• Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure accurate vehicle listings and availability information.
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized sales records.
• Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding client preferences, answering questions with professionalism, and demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
• Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and public speaking engagements to attract new clients and boost dealership visibility.

Experience

• Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales environments, preferably with dealership experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated success in outbound sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or public speaking roles that showcase your persuasive abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management systems to streamline sales processes.
• Knowledge of retail math and retail psychology to effectively upsell products and close deals.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism, utilizing negotiation skills to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
