Year 1: 15 days | Years 2–3: 19 days | Years 4–6: 23 days | Years 7–10: 25 days | Years 11–15: 28 days | Year 16 : 34 days
Hours & Pay: Full-time, $14–$16/hour, includes YMCA family membership and 50% off child care based on availability

Requirements: High school diploma minimum; meet Wisconsin DCF education and experience requirements, CPR/First Aid within 60 days, passion for teaching, and ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
