We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our Controllership team as the Legal Entity Integrations Team Leader (‘Integrations Leader’). This role will be based in New York (1166 Avenue of the Americas). This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.
The Integrations Leader leads the design and execution of legal-entity integrations, separations, and optimization initiatives across the enterprise. Reporting to the Global Leader, M&A Integrations & Reporting, this role manages a mixed on‑shore and off‑shore team responsible for transaction execution, entity eliminations, carve-outs, dispositions, and structural simplification activities.
You will ensure consistent, scalable, and high-quality delivery by owning the Integration Playbook, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and embedding continuous improvement into our integration approach.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $110,900 to $222,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

- Lead planning and execution of legal-entity integrations, carve-outs, dispositions, intercompany eliminations, and structural simplification activities across global transactions.
- Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team (on‑shore and off‑shore) responsible for integration delivery, resourcing, and operational execution.
- Own and evolve the Integration & LEO Playbooks and operating models to drive standardization, scalability, adoption, and repeatability across transactions.
- Drive process excellence and efficiency improvements, including pragmatic use of automation and AI-enabled solutions to streamline execution.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders in Finance, Legal, HR, IT, Tax, Treasury and business units to align integration and separation plans, governance, milestones, and accountability.
- Oversee legal entity integration governance, milestone tracking, risk identification, and issue escalation to deliver on cost, timeline, and quality objectives.
- Serve as the escalation point for structural entity elimination challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement into future transactions.
- Represent the Integrations function in senior leadership forums and cross‑functional governance meetings.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in legal‑entity integrations, separations, corporate restructuring, or related integration roles within large, global organizations.
- CPA or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax restructuring considerations, intercompany accounting, and ERP/finance systems implications in integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs and to build and operationalize playbooks, frameworks, and repeatable processes.
- Strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment.
- Track record managing and developing distributed teams and scaling capability across geographies.
- Excellent project management, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, complex environment and working across time zones with global teams.
- A strategic thinker with operational rigor and a strong track record of delivering complex legal‑entity integrations or separations end‑to‑end.
- Ability to balance speed, risk, and cost trade‑offs and to translate issues into pragmatic execution plans.
