What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desktop Support Engineer position at MARS Solutions Group?
MARS Solutions Group is looking for a User Experience Desktop Support IV. Our client is a (Technology/Financial Services) industry leader looking for high-quality talent to make a difference. They are known to respect a traditional work week and often extend contracts for added job security and stability.
Interview Process: 2 rounds of interviews. First round will be virtual, second round will be onsite in Madison, WI.
Note: This position is onsite 5 days a week. Possibility of remote work one day a week. Candidates must be CURRENT WI residents. Relocation is not allowed. Up to 10% travel is required for this position. This would be rare occurrences of 1-night stays within the state to other facilities or conferences.

This person will be onboarding and offboarding government employee devices. This includes mobile devices, iPads, etc. Therefore, customer service and presentation skills are a key part of this role. Candidates should be detail oriented in their record keeping / inventory abilities
The contractor will handle a big surge of nearly 2,000 device deployments over the next 12 months.

- 2 years' with maintaining, updating, and deploying Apple Products / iOS
- 2 years with Mobile Device Management (Workspace ONE / AirWatch)
- 2 years' experience in a customer facing IT role
- 2 years' experience within Cherwell / Ivanti Ticketing and assets management system
