- Perform routine, first and second level technical troubleshooting of desktop hardware and software issues.
- Leverage documented procedures to determine solutions for complex technical problems.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to support mission activities through information technology (IT).
- Work collaboratively within a team environment and independently as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
- At least 10 years of experience with computer software, operating systems, hardware, and networking.
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory is required.
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in providing professional and courteous customer service.
