Mars Restoration is seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our growing team as Roofing Sales Representative / Roof Inspector. In this role, you will perform roof inspections, identify storm-related damage, and help homeowners navigate the restoration process. What You'll Do
· Conduct roof inspections for storm and weather-related damage
· Climb ladders and safely walk residential roofs to assess conditions
· Meet with homeowners to explain inspection findings
· Assist homeowners with the insurance claims process when applicable
· Generate leads through neighborhood canvassing, referrals, and networking
· Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle
· Work closely with project managers and production teams
What We're Looking For
· Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
· Sales, roofing, construction, or home improvement experience preferred
· Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
