Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
- Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently while handling cash and credit transactions responsibly.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations at all times.
- Assist in setting up for events like banquets or catering functions, including food handling and serving duties when required.
- Maintain a lively atmosphere by supporting nightclub activities or special events, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining settings, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts using strong time management skills.
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous for efficient order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Experience with retail math, cash handling, cashiering, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions.
