Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with seating arrangements, and manage reservations to optimize flow and guest satisfaction
• Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are maintained
• Assist with food handling, serving, and bussing duties to support smooth restaurant operations
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, reset tables efficiently, and ensure all service stations are well-stocked and organized
• Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle guest transactions seamlessly
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation times and special requests
• Support banquet events by serving food, clearing tables, and ensuring a high level of guest service throughout events
• Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling procedures and maintaining hygiene protocols at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of food handling, safety practices, and sanitation standards
• Experience with serving, bussing, or food preparation enhances your ability to excel in this role
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for guest services is essential
• Knowledge of culinary techniques or kitchen experience can be beneficial for understanding food presentation and timing
