Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with seating arrangements, and manage reservations to optimize flow and guest satisfaction
- Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are maintained
- Assist with food handling, serving, and bussing duties to support smooth restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, reset tables efficiently, and ensure all service stations are well-stocked and organized
- Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle guest transactions seamlessly
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation times and special requests
- Support banquet events by serving food, clearing tables, and ensuring a high level of guest service throughout events
- Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling procedures and maintaining hygiene protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety practices, and sanitation standards
- Experience with serving, bussing, or food preparation enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
