Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing outstanding customer service and assistance throughout their stay
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and billing details while adhering to phone etiquette standards
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and issues are resolved swiftly
  • Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
  • Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience and encourage repeat visits

Skills

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy periods or night shifts
  • Familiarity with guest relations practices and hospitality standards

Pay: $16.45 - $27.04 per hour
