Reliable transportation is required, as our caregivers travel to clients' homes to provide essential care and support.
Compensation
HHA (Driver with Reliable Vehicle): $22.00 per hour
Bonuses
$300 Sign-On BonusEligible new hires who accept a case and remain active for 30 days.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry
- Promote client safety and properly use assistive devices such as wheelchairs, oxygen equipment, and other medical equipment
- Observe, document, and report changes in client condition to the RN Supervisor
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with agency policies
- Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and their families
- Protect client confidentiality and maintain professional standards at all times
- Follow agency policies, dress code, and New York State regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising nurse
Qualifications
- Current New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification required
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client homes are required
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while following an individualized care plan
