HHA/PCA

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable care professional to provide essential support to clients in their homes and help promote safety, comfort, and independence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making a meaningful difference in the lives of others through respectful, person-centered care.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support while encouraging independence and dignity.
• Support with light housekeeping tasks such as tidying, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning as directed in the care plan.
• Help with reminders for medications, appointments, and daily routines, as permitted by policy and care guidelines.
• Observe and report changes in client condition, needs, or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor or care team.
• Follow individualized care plans, agency policies, and all applicable safety and confidentiality guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, as required.

• Prior experience in home care, personal care, or a related support role is preferred.
• Completion of required training, certification, or state-approved coursework may be required based on assignment and location.
• Ability to provide respectful, patient, and dependable care.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions and care plans.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with personal care and household assistance.
• Reliable transportation may be required for client visits, depending on the position.
• Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and sensitivity to client needs.
