Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in City of Industry, CA. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales growth by managing client relationships, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, leading and coaching all account executves and sales supervisors with their respective DSD routes and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The role includes creating sales, reports, identifying growth opportunities, maintaining a strong understanding of market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized solutions.

Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including the ability to forecast, strategize, and achieve revenue targets
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills to foster long-term partnerships
- Leadership and team management experience, including coaching, mentoring, and performance monitoring
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and using sales tools or CRM platforms
- DSD Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with teams
- Knowledge of the food industry, especially authentic Mexican food products, is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings and perform onsite duties as required
