Sign-On Bonus
- $1,000 hiring bonus for those not yet certified (paid over 2 years)
- $2,500 hiring bonus for licensed therapists (paid over 2 years)
Pay: $31.31–$34.99/hour (DOQ)

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Wisconsin licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or ability to obtain)
- Experience in substance use treatment preferred
